The construction of the building started in late 1993 early 1994 and was completed in August 1994. The building is 14,000 square feet in size. It was built for the Health Department, Building Codes and rental space for Planned Parenthood. It was dedicated and/or named in honor of Edwin C. Nash long time County Commissioner and advocate of the public health system.
