ASSUMED NAME (DBA) APPLICATIONS

Applications for using an assumed name, or DBA (doing business as), are available at the County Clerk's office.  These forms can be printed from the link below and completed, or can be picked up in the County Clerk's office.  At the time of filing, the Clerk's office will check the name of the business to make sure no one else is using that name in Ionia County. The cost for filing a DBA is $10 and the filing is valid for a period of five years.
