PROBATE
COURT FEE SCHEDULE
Fees for commencing proceedings and filing of petitions, objections
and certain other specified pleadings in the probate court have
been established by legislative enactments. Most are found in
the Revised Judicature Act at MCL 600.880b. The State Court
Administrative
Office has published a listing of the various papers filed in
the court and the fee to be collected by the court before
accepting
it for filing. The following schedule lists the fees for many
of the papers that could be filed during the proceedings
in a particular
type of case. The schedule begins with the general conditions
where no fee is charged by the court for the filing of the
paper. You
